Although a connection to power is not required to process transactions, we do recommend leaving the devices connected, as battery life on the tablets and Square Readers is limited.

Unfortunately, Square’s dashboard will only allow you to process transactions while connected to a network so it’s important that there is plenty of coverage at your intended service stations. We also offer clients the option to provide us with WIFI login details so your tablets arrive on site and ready to use.

Hardware setup times can vary depending on the number of POS stations. One of our trained technicians can generally have your Square POS up and running within an hour if you want to include services within your order. Keep in mind, if you have not used our network connection service, you will need to connect each of the tablets to a WIFI network before making sales.

We provide over-the-phone support to answer any on-site complications you encounter. We also offer on-site technicians as part of our services, available in person at your event to organise the equipment setup and address any technical issues.
